Coaches and youth come together in person for a shared meal and goal setting session. Youth share the progress and challenges faced during the past week and collaborate with coaches to develop effective strategies and action plans for achieving their monthly objectives and key results. Shared experiences, insights, and strategies foster positve relationships and personal growth.
